Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
Remote · Full-time
You'll lead multi-cloud migration and FinOps engagements for enterprise clients running mission-critical workloads across AWS, Azure, and GCP, working directly with client engineering teams rather than through a layer of account management.
What you'll do
- Design and execute cloud migration plans for enterprise workloads, with defined rollback points at every stage.
- Lead FinOps initiatives that cut client cloud spend without slowing down delivery.
- Build and operate Kubernetes platforms that scale with client demand across providers.
- Own site reliability practices, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response, for assigned client environments.
- Mentor mid-level engineers on the delivery team and review their infrastructure designs.
What you'll bring
- 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with production experience across at least two of AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Hands-on experience leading a cloud migration for a workload processing real production traffic.
- Deep working knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, and infrastructure as code practices.
- Experience owning an SRE practice, including on-call rotation and incident postmortems.
- Comfortable working directly with client engineering teams, not just internal stakeholders.
Nice to have
- AWS, Azure, or GCP professional-level certification.
- Experience in a regulated industry such as financial services or healthcare.
- Prior consulting or professional services background.
